Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit, the Company begins the preparations for your project.
Should the client need to cancel, the deposit shall be forfeited.
No cancellations are accepted on the day of installation. If cancellation occurs, the total balance is still due.
Rescheduling is permitted given at least 48 hours’ notice is provided in writing (text or email). If the rescheduling request arises within the 48-hours prior to install date, a $350 rescheduling fee will be imposed for unrecoverable costs (delivery truck, workers’ fees).
Deposit and Final Payment A 50% deposit is required to secure agreement, and is required prior to the designer taking final measurements.
This quote is valid for seven (7) days
Deposit shall be due within forty-eight (48) hours of acceptance of agreement
Final payment is due on the day of install Methods of Payment accepted: Zelle, Checks and Credit Cards (3% surcharge)
Return Policy
You may purchase services from this website by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Gold Coast Staging & Design, LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
All payments are final unless explicitly stated otherwise on the service at the time of purchase.
